I bought This item And recieved it on monday 12/03. I wanted to leave feedback on the new account i created, But i purchased the item with a temp account. Is it possible to show that i bought the item and would like to have it on my real accounts purchase history so i can leave feedback?

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "temp account". Feedback left for items must be done through the account that the item was purchased on. You will not be able to leave feedback for that transaction from any other member I.D./account.

There is no such thing as a temporary eBay account. If you bought that item on another ID, that's the one you leave the Feedback with.
