I had a client purchase a Thomas Kinkade Painting from me. Due to the price the only way she could pay on Pay Pal was to have two invoices. Pay Pal said Ebay would not allow 2 invoices for one transaction, but I could break it into two on Pay Pal. We did this and she paid. I changed on My Ebay saying it was paid and shipped. The customer was very happy. I am very happy. She left me excellent feedback, but it would not let me leave her feedback because they said she did not pay through them. That makes no sense to me since we both did all we could. She has a very low feedback number and should have credit where credit due. What can I do?
