No negative feedback for 14 mths (October 2011).  Why do I not have 100% rating?  Have called customer support 3 times and am being told that there is a glitch but nothing they can do What can I do? Cannot email cust support now (only call) so cannot maintain a written record).

There is a delay from when the last NEG ages off until your percent is updated.  Other users have had that too.

Your last neg Fb was Nov 2, 2011. It should have aged off by now, certainly. Sometimes it takes a month to clear up the FB%, but this should have been removed last month at the latest. If CS can't help you, we have no way to tell you how to get help. I would call CS again and ask for a supervisor, as obviously the pink you talked to either didn't know what was going on or it was too much trouble.

When you call again, ask for a trouble or problem number to use to track your call. That should get the problem on the list for the techs to fix, anyway.
