I started to leave negative feedback for a buyer that hasnt paid and wont respond to messages and there is NO selection for this.I already have a case out against her ...

How is it anyone can leave neg feedback for sellers but the option isnt available in reverse?Hmmmmm

It's been a few Years since buyers cannot get anything but positive feedback.

 

Did you file the UPI?

That is correct, there is no place to leave neg. feedback for buyers, ebay won't allow it.

No, you won't be able to leave a neg for the buyer.

 

File the UPI and add the buyer to your blocked bidder list. Then set your buyer requirements.

So many buyers complained to ebay of retaliatory feedback from sellers that ebay decided the best way was to give non payers UPI strikes,so file one whenever you need to.

Yes I filed the unpaid item.WOW maybe I should petition Ebay to reinstate the neg feedback for buyers.Whats good for the goose....lol

Hmmmmm.... Over 4-1/2 years is how long eBay has not allowed a seller to leave negative Feedback for a buyer. And you didn't know this? You need to keep up on Announcements.

You will have to be satisfied with hurting buyer once, with UPI strike.

Dear sir or madam,its not that I want to hurt a buyer,all that buyer had to do is respond to me and tell me she didnt want the item,i wouldve cancelled it and relisted and been done with it -there are five other sellers that didnt get paid by this person .Its fair business practices.If you dont pay your bills ,you get evicted.Simple as that .

Over 4-1/2 years is how long eBay has not allowed a seller to leave negative Feedback for a buyer. And you didn't know this? You need to keep up on Announcements.

 

Why would you expect someone who's only been a member for 4 months to "keep up on Announcements" from 4-1/2 years ago. So they didn't notice that there wasn't a neg option for buyers; big deal. Based on their feedback (perfect) and DSR's (nearly perfect), they apparently put their energy into being a good seller instead of researching every possible situation. That's why there's an Answer Center.

 

Maybe switching to decaf would help.

OP has been a member only a few months. The announcement that sellers can't leave negatives for buyers was posted years ago. There is no reason that OP would find that announcement now.

 

This is the Answer Center, and everyone is entitled to ask questions without being made to feel silly.

 

OP, just set your buyer requirements. Since you have already filed the UPI you have done all you can do. Good luck!
