smoke environment feedback

I got a positive feedback..however, they indicated it came from a smoke environment.  My nephew is staying with me and I finally got it out of him that he was smoking in my office where the box was with the window open and sprayed freshener before I got home from work. My items I pictured, packaged and now are left in the garage till closing of the auction.  Should I address this on my auctions because I know that it will hurt my sales?

If you are going to continue to allow your nephew to smoke in the house then yes, you should make buyers aware. People are sensitive to smoke. I'm a smoker, but I can smell smoke a mile away and it's not pleasant. I don't allow smoking in my home. Other than that just store your items away from the smoke.

What a tough call that is!   I'll bet you are not very happy with that young man right now.

You could air out your things (make him do it!) extremely well and leave all mention of smoke out of your description.   Things that can be washed should be washed - by him.

And tell your nephew to go outside if he wants to smoke - no ifs, ands or buts!
