Purchased an item and used ebay checkout and paypal never received the item and the seller did not claim the payment. after repeatedly asking how to pay I didn't receive any replies. I tried to leave feedback but was not allowed as the return message said the item 3 does not exist. I have the item listed and shown in my purchase history. What do I do now?
