You must not have had your Buyer Requirements set to block buyers with a primary shipping address in a location you don't ship to.  Do this now so you don't have this same thing happen in the future.  Go to My Ebay > Account > Site Preferences > Buyer Requirements.

You are obligated to complete this transaction though.  Go to www.usps.com and calculate the cost to ship the package to Mexico.  Then find the Sold item in My Ebay and in the More Actions drop down, click on Send Invoice.  Change the shipping to the new amount, click Preview, and if it looks good, Send it.  Do not hit Recalculate as that will erase any changes you made.
