I have paid for an item with Pay pal, but I want to send the item as a gift to a person in another country.What can I do?

In order to maintain their eBay Seller Protection, the seller MUST ship the item to the address provided by eBay or PayPal.  Since you have already paid for the item, the shipment will be to your address. 

 

You can then repackage or readdress the item to go to the overseas location.  You would be responsible for completing the Customs slips, insurance payment (if any) and whatever is necessary.

I always recommend inspecting an item in person before sending it to someone as a gift.

 

I had an unfortunate experience once having something sent directly to another person.
