At the time of the original transaction I did not have a paypal account. I used a credt card. Then I requested of the seller to cancel the transaction. He has done so and I have received an email that a full credit has taken place. But that credit is not reflected on on credite card account. I have not yet accepted the cancel as it says not to until I recieve the credit.
