would tell them you have a 14 day return policy.  60 days is a long time to expect a refund.

You are not required to refund, but it is totally up to you.

 

If this is a repeat customer of yours, you might want to do your best to keep the customer coming back.

I would remind him of your return policy, whatever it is I assume you do not state that you will accept returns after sixty days.


Wish my fingers would pay closer attention to what I spell correctly.
