Completed listings
Nov 18, 2012 05:42 PM

If Ebay is trying to frustrate sellers to no end with the extra steps to look up completed listings and then active listings, than it is working 100%.  I use completed listings as a tool to compare prices.  It is frustrating to NO END to add all of these extra steps when I am looking up 50-100 items so I can in turn sell my items.  It is to the point that I have dramatically reduced listing items because it is too complicated to get the basic information that I need.

Starting May 1—get up to 2,500 FREE listings* every month with an eBay Stores subscription

eBay has reduced the upfront cost to sell for Store sellers! With eBay’s new everyday rate plans, you get from up to 150 to 2,500 FREE listings* per month—no insertion fees, auction-style or fixed price—with an eBay Stores subscription. You pay a final value fee only when you sell! Plus, the final value fees for Stores have been streamlined to just 5 competitive category-based rates as low as 4%—and never more than 9%—regardless of how you sell.

Learn more about everything eBay Stores have to offer, then use the Fee Illustrator to find the best Store option for you! Watch this tutorial to learn how.

*Pay no insertion fees for your allotted free listings per calendar month. Optional fees, including advanced listing upgrades and supplemental service fees, still apply. Pay final value fees only when you sell. Motors Vehicles, Real Estate, Heavy Equipment, Concession Trailers & Carts, Imaging & Aesthetics Equipment and Commercial Printing Presses are excluded. 12 free pictures does not apply to Motors Vehicles listings. Terms are subject to change. Learn more.

Read this tip: http://answercenter.ebay.com/tip/Auction-Listings/Location-Completed-Listings/1000353458#comments-list

They may revert the change like they did during the 2011-2012 holiday season.

I hate it too.  Go to the bottom of the page to "tell us what you think" & tell Ebay what you think about it.

I personally cannot get to completed listings like some do.  When I go to Buying Formats, Choose More....nothing happens.  It says error in the very bottom left of my screen.  I have the updated version of IE, which is the only browser I use.  I've cleaned the cache & re-booted my computer, which by the way is less than a year old.

I have to go to advanced (to the right of the search button at the top) & do it that way.  What a pain!  Completed listings is something that is one click away.

Meant to say:  Completed listings SHOULD BE 1 click away.

Ebay has changed its location about 3 times this week.

Right now is on the left side of any Search page under

Show Only>Choose More

Go down the list.
