I sent a buyer a set of hubcaps and had would not accept returns. He contacted me and said these were not what I described and wanted a refund. I proved they were just as I described and he had refused acceptance withe postal service and sent them back to me and they were never opened. He blocked my payment through paypal and gave me bad feedback.
