sold an item and received immediate payment. 4 days later I received a message from ebay canceling bidding and puchase for that item because the winning bidder was no long registered on ebay. I have already shipped and received confirmation of delivery. What now?? I can see the funds in my paypal but they are still "unavailable" to me.
