I have been an Ebay user for 12 yrs.I have a Question about returns. On the 14 day return policy , when do the 14 days begin? When the item ends or when buyer has received item. Can O specify that the item has to be reurned WITHIN the 14 day period or when does te 14 day period end. I want to give my buyers a comfortable time frame without giving away the farm.
