What is error 3316 when trying to print shipping label?

Was able to print first three shipping labels this morning with no problem.  When I attempted to print the fourth, I receive "error 3316" and cannot purchase shipping label.  I am not being charged because the purchase is not going thru.  Have attempted to print in both E-Bay and PayPal.

Help, I need to get these items in the mail tomorrow !!

There seems to be a lot of problems printing labels. Don't know if this will help but there is a discussion at

If you are using the Internet Explorer" as your browser, try changing to Firefox when you are on ebay's site. IE is having trouble with ebay's new system. Firefox is not.
