Cash out your PayPal and send them to them.

Unless they actually have a nonprofit fundraiser set up, I don't think there is any other way.

How very kind of you.

As your listings end, give the money to your friend. No need to mention it in the listing. As a buyer, I could not care less what you do with your money. All I care about is getting my stuff. Mentioning it in the listing will not likely get you any more bids. It may even get you less bids because some may not believe you and think you are looking for sympathy bids.

All the best to your friend and her family.

Ebay allows sales to benefit charities if the charity is registered with the IRS as a 501c (tax deductible organization) and you have to jump through hoops to get it approved by ebay, so I think you will have to do it privately on your own. Here's ebay's policy on the subject:

You may even have more profits if you close your store. Stores are great for those who have about 100 listings going at one time and you can sell about 50 of them in a month.

But, enter your stats in at this link and see what listing format is most cost effective for you and your listings, I could be wrong.

That is nice of you however mentioning it in your listings will get you in trouble. :)

Yes, you cannot mention it in the listing.  There was a guy on here last year who was donating his money to an animal shelter & Ebay made him remove that.

A non-profit fundraiser is not acceptable.  I tried to do that a few years ago when my brother had colon cancer & was told no.  I had a tax ID & everything.  It has to be an organization.

If you just sell & donate the money to her, make sure to keep track for income tax donations/deductions.

Having gone through something similar, I commend your good intentions.  I know I wanted to do all I could to help my brother & his family.  God Bless the daughter, your friend & you.
