My item was bidded on and sold, but it's been six days and no payment received. How long do you typically wait?

Once my item sold, I received a notification at the end of the bidding.  I clicked on the information box that would send the bidder options for payment.  It's been six days and I haven't received payment.  How long do you wait?  Do you attempt to sell it again?

After 4 days of non-payment, you can file the Unpaid Item dispute in the Resolution Center. After 4 more days, you can close the case and the buyer will get the strike. You will get your fee credit, and THEN you can relist or offer the second chance to the underbidder.

There will be an answer, Let It Be.

Sellers can open an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI) 4 full days after listing end, and close it 4 full days later if no payment has been made.

Closing the dispute issues a strike to the buyer, refunds seller's Final Value Fees, and allows the seller to freely relist the item.

No need to send invoices, reminders. eBay does all that for you. After 4 days with no pay, open the unpaid item case in the resolution center. They have 4 more days to pay. If they don't, go back to the case details and close the case. Be sure to mark the box "I did not receive payment" The buyer gets an unpaid item strike and only then are you free to relist and get your fvf returned. Add to your blocked bidders list too. Good luck! :)
