My requested item was not shipped. Instead I received a package with an old newspaper in it. I have messaged the seller but have not received a response. Are there anyways I can get my money refunded?

Click resolve a problem to the right of the item in the dropdown menu in My ebay. File a not as described item. Keep all packing and boxes until the problem is resolved and the case is closed. Do not close the case until you are 100% satisfied with the result.

Good Luck
