That would be tough to do.

 

The only thingsa that are more popular in one place of the country and less in others that I can think of are the weather related stuff.

ie..cold weather gear sells better inb cold areas and vice versa

I'm puzzled by your question.  Since eBay is world-wide, it doesn't sound like a selling question.  Maybe you're gift-shopping.

 

When I look for a gift for someone I know well, I usually consider his personal likes and dislikes rather than where he lives (except for the climate-related stuff, as centerhill suggested).

 

If it's for someone I don't know well, I'd look for things typical of my own region rather than his.

 

Just my off-the-cuff thoughts.
