Bidder won on my item. I have sent several emails to the bidder. they have not responded.

I figure they don't have the money to pay. I figure they do not want to purchase the handbag.

I want to RELIST my item.

When can I relist my item?

There is never a need to send ANY email to a buyer about payment. Send one invoice. If payment isn't received within 4 days, you can open an unpaid item case. If a payment isn't received within the next 4 days, you can close it. Then relist.
