someone returned my item.

i need to refund what she paid, plus what she paid for in return shipping.

however, ebay and/or paypal can only refund the same or lower price that was bought.  i still her more (maybe for the return shipping?) $.

how can i refund her the rest of her money?

i need help asap.

i couldn't even get past customer service's system!

i need to refund what she paid, plus what she paid for in return shipping.

however, ebay and/or paypal can only refund the same or lower price that was bought.  i still her more (maybe for the return shipping?) $.

Of course you cannot refund more than what you were paid in PayPal.  To refund the return shipping you just have to use the send money tab in PayPal.  Make sure to mark it as a gift or PayPal will charge the receiver a fee.

Seller refunds Buyer item price and original shipping after receipt of returned item.  Buyer pays for return shipping.

 

If you had agreed with Buyer that you would refund return shipping as well,  use Pay Pal's  'send money' option to Buyer's email address.
