A question regarding the Not received.....I have 2 items with total bids of $15.00 yet my not received is at $50.00....why the discrepancy............Everyone has paid,,,there are no other bids!!! No one owes us money, nothing is outstanding!!!!!

A question regarding the Not received.....I have 2 items with total bids of $15.00 yet my not received is at $50.00....why the discrepancy............Everyone has paid,,,there are no other bids!!! No one owes us money, nothing is outstanding!!!!!

 

Even before the bidding  there was a "not received" of $19.99, and I can not figure this out!!!!

if you refunded or canceled a transaction, those amounts would be added to the outstanding payments.

 

check the period of time you are looking at. this could be going back 60 days.
