If you have delivery confirmation it is no longer your responsibility. The buyer is responsible for having a secure place to have their mail delivered.

Do you mean they are saying that they did not receive the item? Did you purchase Delivery (or Signature) Confirmation with your shipping?

If you have some kind of delivery confirmation or tracking -- what does that say? If it says the item was delivered and you delivered to the address that was on the account when the buyer paid for it, then you have no further obligation.

If you did not purchase delivery confirmation or have tracking, you will be reimbursing the buyer in full.

Lost or stolen? Did the item not get to the buyer? How do they know it was lost or stolen? Did you purchase some method of online proof of delivery like Delivery Confirmation?

If the buyer paid through PayPal you can find the transaction in your PayPal account and use the "refund" link to refund the buyer.
