The phone i received was reported lost or stolen. How would i get a refund and what should i do with the phone?
The listing page says you have eBay Buyer Protection. You contact the seller first, try to resolve. If that doesn't work, you can file a dispute at Resolution Center.
In any case, you will return phone to the seller before getting refund.
I'm not sure how the resolution center handles cases like that.
I'm pretty sure it's against the law to mail stolen merchandise , and if you were sure of that, you couldn't legally return it.
