the seller issued me a reufund how do i know it was actualy refunded to me?

I bought some bulk jelwery where 9 where suposed to come in the pack but only 8 did. The seller says they issued a 1/9 refund how can i tell if they realy did issue the refund? Do i get a notice on ebay, or dose the $ just show up back in my account?

It was returned to the source from which you paid - like, your credit card (takes a few days) or PayPal balance.

Have you checked your original form of payments account for the balance? Also check on your purchase history, on the right hand sign $ symbol hover over it, it should be cut in half saying something like "This item has been partially paid through paypal" or whichever form of payment.
