AFTER you confirm the buyer's cleared payment in your PayPal account (not on eBay or via emailed messages), pack the item well in a solid box, purchase your postage, & ship.

 

If shipping via UPS Ground, their tracking number will satisfy eBay/PayPal policies to maintain your seller protections, as long as it's uploaded to PayPal.

 

For this particular item, based on the starting price & Reserve option, you'll also most likely need Signature Confirmation (circa $5 from UPS) to keep your protections in place.

 

You also want to make sure you have enough cash on hand to pay the shipping costs out-of-pocket.  As a new seller, you'll probably be subject to eBay/PP's 21-day hold, but this doesn't excuse you from shipping in a timely manner.  Read the info below:

Too bad you didn't read everything p_r_square recommended before you listed.  Your listing is a hot mess.  Go to a computer and revise your listing.  Is this for 1 car or 2?  Your description doesn't say but your pictures show 2 cars.  Describe your item(s) like there is no picture.  Give size, color and dimensions.  You not only want to sell them but also head off a dispute if the buyer feels you didn't describe it properly. 

 

Reserves are for sellers who don't know what they are doing.  You wasted $2.00 using a reserve and a buy it now.  Start your auction out at the lowest amount you are willing to accept.  If you want to add a buy it now then add 10% to your starting price and use that amount as the buy it now.  Search ebay and other online sites for items similar to yours to get a fair market price. 

 

When shipping wrap your item in bubble wrap and put it in an appropriate sized box.  The item shouldn't move inside the box so use packing material like newspaper to restrict movement.  If it moves it will break.  Weigh and measure the box.  Insert these measurements when you make or revise the listing.  Shipping USPS is usually cheaper. Select 'Calculated' in the shipping area of the listing.  Once you put the weight and size of the box into the listing page a buyer will see the accurate price to ship to their zip code. 

 

Since you don't have a bidder you can revise your listing now.  You can change everything but you won't get back the $2.00 reserve fee if you decide to cancel it.

You have a lot of reading to do before you should even think about listing an item that could potentially bring what you are asking. For anything you sell that brings in $250 or more there are extra safeguards you need to use to protect yourself as a seller. Right now you're a target for ebay scam artists if they can ever find your listing. There are 87,000 other listings under the title rc cars. If you really want to sell those rc cars you need to put more info in the title and description and more clear photos. They give you 12 free pics so take advantage of it. Also the cars are not working so you should post it in the "for parts not working category" and make a note of it in the title too. I know your listing states they don't work but you wouldn't believe how many people just look at the picture and title and don't bother to read the description and then want a refund because it wasn't listed under not working. It's going to be tough trying to sell these with $51 shipping. You don't save any thing on fees by having high shipping and a lower item price because ebay takes fees out of the cost of shipping too. If you weigh them with all the packing materials you will be able to get an accurate shipping price.  Good Luck
