Hi, I have sold a item, the winner living in Australia. I have marked only shipping to US , and buyer had paid from Paypal. 

buyer ask me to cancel this item and return the money to her.

Please let me know what is the best I can do.

1.  Log into PayPal, find the transaction, and click on the "refund" link.

 

2.  Visit the eBay Resolution Center, and start a Cancellation Request.  Your Final Value Fees will be refunded after the buyer agrees.

 

 

 

 

Remember that merely stating that you ship only to the USA is insufficient to stop non-USA bidders from bidding.
