Someone said parcel post won't be offered by the USPS any more.

I hand delivered a package today and they say that parcel post is not being changed.

Delivery confirmation is changing. I think the new name is universal tracking.

Parcel Post is now known as Standard Post (retail) or Parcel Select (online).

 

eBay won't be ready to print Parcel Select labels until March, but you can print them through other online services such as endicia or stamps.com:

FYI, the Standard Post rates for shipping up to 15 pounds to Zones 1 - 4 are the same as the retail Priority Mail prices.
