Ebay has excellent buyer protection but you must use it. If you do not use it and let it expire, Ebay cannot and will not help you.
All buyer protection expires in 45 days from the end of the sale. The ability to leave feedback expires 60 days from the end of the sale. There is a big button on every listing that tells you all about buyer protection. You did not use it.
