i bought an item during november

but still i do not receive the item. 

i contacted several times to the seller

but no progress.

please help me in this regard

If you read the ebay buyer protection plan  material splashed all over the site you would know ebay would have gladly helped you either get your item or get a full refund if you had done just one thing, contact them within 45 days of the sale.

 

You have waited aabout twice that long to bring it ebay's attention, too late now.


Wish my fingers would pay closer attention to what I spell correctly.

Ebay has excellent buyer protection but you must use it.   If you do not use it and let it expire, Ebay cannot and will not help you.

 

All buyer protection expires in 45 days from the end of the sale.   The ability to leave feedback expires 60 days from the end of the sale.   There is a big button on every listing that tells you all about buyer protection.   You did not use it.

Oh my, way too much time has passed. eBay protects its buyers for 45 days from date of payment.

 

You should have filed an Item not Received case in the Resolution Center at the very least on the 44th day of no receipt.

 

Did you fund the items with a credit card? If so, call the company and see if you can do a charge back.
