No, eBay does not ship a seller's items.  Does the seller offer local pickup?  Then you should not have bought if you cannot pick up your item.

What do you mean they don't ship?  Your seller?  

 

ebay does not do shipping.  Each seller is an individual and handles their own shipping.

eBay doesn't sell anything except advertising space so, no, they don't ship.

 

Each item you see listed on eBay is offered by an individual seller. Look at the item listing Shipping and payments tab for information about shipping that item.
