No - you have to supply your own packing materials.  There are some ebay-branded Priority Mail boxes available through USPS.com, but other than that, no.

 

You can also get regular Priority Mail boxes through usps for free.

No you have to get your own shipping supplies.

If you use USPS Priority then you can get their boxes and envelopes for free-you can order them online and have them delivered right to your door for free as well.

 

As for other packing materials you will need if you can't find a way to obtain them locally for free I suggest you check right here on eBay-there are many great deals to be found.
