HOW CAN I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FREE TRACKING OR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IF MY PRINTER IS BROKE.  WILL EBAY STILL OFFER IT FOR FREE IF I JUST USE THAT PART OF THE SHIPPING SYSTEM,WILL IT ALLOW ME TO? HOW CAN I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT?

If you can't print the label you can't take advantage of the software that produces it.


Wish my fingers would pay closer attention to what I spell correctly.

You'll have to use  a printer somewhere else where you can log into your eBay account: At a friend's home, at work, at the public library.

get your printer fixed this is from usps and not e bay.  you only get it free online when u print postage

Well, sure you can print and take advantage of this "FREE". But it would not do any good if you can't print. You'll waste of your time and have to cancel the online shipping purchase if you can't print the darn thing in the first place. How you going to print out if the machine is broken? Paypal or eBay would not know or responsible for your have a broken printer. They'll still charge you. :-p

You can print to a pdf file and put it on a thumb drive and carry it to a printer somewhere and print it.

Google Chrome browser has a 'print to pdf file' option, I think.

Or you can find a free utility program that will do it.

I use primo pdf, a free download. It installs like a printer and shows up as an option in the printer-dialogue box that pops up when you print something.
