A customer needs to send back an item for a different size.  I'm not sure how to charge him for shipping a package the second time around.

Hi.  You cannot send another invoice so what you will need to do is log on to pay pal & use the request money tab.   When given a choice to select what the request is for select that it is either for shipping or "other".  Then in the notes to the buyer also state what this is for.
