Item (tickets) not received in time for event, entitled to a refund?
Nov 10, 2012 06:36 AM

I bought a pair of tickets to an event and have not received them yet and the event is only 2 days away. The seller sent them with no tracking #, just registered mail, so there is no way of telling where the tickets are. Am I entitled to a refund due to the seller not getting the tickets delivered in time for the event?

The seller said that since it was sent from the USA to Canada you don't get a shipping #. Is this true?

No, I think your seller might be lying.  How long has it been since you paid?

In case I don't get back here-If it's been three weeks or more-file a dispute.  When the mail comes and they are not there on the day of the event-file a disptue.
