before  bidding I was in contact  with the seller about international shipping: if she could, and if so what was the cost: she said ' o.k.      I will ship for you at this shipping price plus the total of the winning bid , thats fine, but when the invoice came it was much higher, she then emailed and said she made a mistake, and to just send the right amount the we agreed on , what do I do I have an invoice with one amount and I'm sending a different amount ?   is that o.k. ?  please help

Ebay will not allow you to send an amount that is different than the invoice.

 

Ebay also will only allow one manual invoice from the seller. They do this to keep sellers from bombarding buyers with additional un-needed bills.

 

If you trust the seller, you could send the invoice amount and they could refund the difference.

You probably can't change the invoice (a setting in the seller's account) but try subtracting an amount.  If you can't, she has to send you another invoice.  Tell her to come here if she doesn't know how.  She may have 'done the math' on the invoice when ebay does it, and that's what made it so high.
