Does the winner just not have the option to pay untill I send a complete invoice within the next 2 days with the total?

There is no reason not to know before you list. The item should be packaged securely as if it were ready to ship (don't close the package yet). Enter the package dimensions and weight into the shipping calculator.  Then you will choose the type of service you wish to use. The winner will see the correct shipping to their zip code. Don't forget to ship with the proper type of confirmation.

It is against eBay policy for seller performance to charge buyer more $$ after listing ends.So unless you plan on shipping for free, carefully read the first paragraph.

that is not how you list your shipping costs.

whatever shows in the official shipping data on the listing is what the buyer pays.

you need to either list a flat rate that applies to everyone or use the calculated shipping option and input the weight and dimensions and choose the shipping method. then the buyer sees the exact shipping to their zip.

what you are doing is going to cost you money and ratings.

you cannot do that.

You must include the shipping cost in the listing itself.

You cannot charge more after the customer buys the item.

If you select 'calculated shipping' while you're listing the item, and enter the weight and dimensions in the spaces provided, ebay will calculate the shipping to each viewer's zip code.

that way, each viewer knows the shipping charge to his zip code before he bids.

if your listing did not show a shipping cost...the buyer only has to pay for the item.

you cannot add any $$$ after the listing has ended.

ebay has tools for sellers...you should consider learning about them before you continue selling.

Payment & shipping

Selling & seller fees

It is not possible to list an item without a shipping cost unless you have specified pickup-only or freight. I see two active listings for you  that both show a shipping cost. You cannot charge more than the price shown in the listing.

You have 2 current listings.

For the Legends painting, after I input my zip code, the shipping shows $50.26 via UPS Ground.  How did you select the shipping method that required the buyer to input his zip code?

For the duck stamp, the listing shows $10.00 via first class parcel.  First class has a limit of 13 oz, and the retail cost would be $3.77 .  If you need to upgrade to priority, the $10.00 would cover it.
