Label and shipping had to be voided because my label did not appear for me to copy.  Is there any settings on ebay part I need to check before I buy my shipping?  thanks

Did you see the label, did it pop up? If not, turn off your pop up blocker for that site. You should be given the option to print a sample label once you see it.
