I prefer to pay for my postage at the post office because my scale isn't always exact.  Can I still use the free delivery confirmation labels?

No, it is a special deal between eBay and the Post Office when postage is printed through eBay or PayPal.

You could take your packages to the PO to be weighed.  Then go home & print your labels.

You receive free delivery confirmation when you print your labels online, not pay at the PO.

You might want to check into buying a new postal scale.

For mailing within the US, Delivery Confirmation is now called USPS Tracking.

Scales don't cost much on ebay, that is the solution to your problem.

Wish my fingers would pay closer attention to what I spell correctly.

There are no free tracking labels. Tracking is free for ebay users who purchase postage on the ebay system. It is part of the deal with the USPS.

Tracking isn't that expensive, but every litle bit helps.

If you sell much on ebay, get a new scale. They are not expensive at all, and will pay for themselves pretty quickly.

Or maybe you are one of those people that truly enjoy waiting in long lines at the post office.

Free (or cheap) Delivery Confirmation is not an eBay thing. It's the same for all postage printed online--PayPal and the USPS site included.
