The buyer is responsible for paying only what was in the listing.  If you miscalculated the shipping cost, you will have to eat the difference, as it is a violation for you to ask for more.  Next time, carefully weigh and measure your package before you list so you can provide accurate shipping costs in the listing.

it is the sellers responsibility to post the correct shipping charge.

sellers are not allowed to increase the shipping cost after the listing has ended.

 

if you are the seller and made a mistake...why should the buyer have to pay for your mistake?
