batteries double a batteries in pack i guess i did not receive yet seller says damaged,fedex also says damaged in transit. who is responsible for getting me the batteries.i have already paid the seller. i need help with this!

You don't "go after" anybody right now if you haven't received the package.

Once you get the package (if FedEx delivers it), then check it out and contact the seller if necessary. Or if package gets returned to seller, remind him you need your refund.

I should hope so. that's how buying an item and the seller shipping it works.

If you get the package, take pictures of the box and the damage to it and the item if it shows it is broken.
