i purshased  some thing on e bay, when it came to my house, someone sent it back to the seller stating i no longer live there, what should i do now ?

That's strange - why in the world would they do that?  Is there more to the story then you're saying?  When a package is refused you technically forfeit ebay's buyer protection so you'll have to contact the seller and work this out with them.  If you want it back, you'll have to repay for the shipping.
