I purchased a dreamsicle figurine and it was broken when I received it.  I don't feel I should have to pay to ship it back to seller when I wouldn't have to if it had been properly packaged and shipped in the first place.  I really wanted the item and now I don't have the item and have the cost of shipping it back to seller???  Can you get pre-paid shipping labels in these instances?

eBay policy is that buyer pays to return a package back to the seller. If the damage was the seller's fault, a good seller will reimburse the buyer for that cost once the item is received back, but the seller is under no obligation to do so.
