I bought an item and on the description page the seller said he/she ships to all 48 states in continental US.  After debiting my account they send me an email stating they only ship to the southern US (First off what seller does that??) So I take a closer look at their page for my item and click on the shipping tab and indeed it says "only ships to southern states"...basicly I sent out a few emails to the seller with no response..what are my options?

First-and where are you?

 

This is simple since you have already paid.  Wait 21 days from the date of payment for your item.  If it's not there after 21 days go to the item in my Ebay  and in the drop down box find Resolve a problem.

 

Then choose the correct answers-I have not received my item, yes, I wrote to the seller....

 

If you don't get an answer a week after that-escallate the dispute and Ebay will make sure you get your money  back.

Are you referring to the

 

VOLKSWAGEN PARKING ONLY METAL SIGN

 

I CAN ONLY SHIP UPS GROUND TO 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

 

 

 

 indeed it says "only ships to southern states".

 

You misread.

The comnpany name is "Southern Volkswagen Center"

 

If you see "Ships only to Southern states", please tell us exactly where you see that, and paste the citation here, if you can.
