Trying to print a label. Click on print label. Takes me to paypal. Try to print label there with UPS. I receive a error message stating that UPS shipping is not available through paypal. How can I change the method of shipping on a sold item from UPS to another carrier. Can this be done on ebay or do I have to go a shipping center/store?

Sure you can change the carrier.  When you go to print the label you will see the LOGO for either UPS,USPS or FEDEX, hoover over that and a drop down menu will come up.  You just select who you want to ship with.

 

I did 4 labels tonight for FedEx.  They were a lot less expensive then UPS or USPS.

You're not supposed to change the method of shipping that is shown in the listing.  You can upgrade, but I'm not sure if you need the buyer's approval for that. 

 

You may have to bring it to a UPS Store.  Then you can upload the tracking # manually, once you get back.  Make sure to ask for a receipt.  Also UPS gives you an automatic $100 insurance.  If you need more, you need to pay extra for it.

Go to ups.com, you can print a label as a guest.
To the top
