Forgot to mention. Customer initially contacted me about no package. Did all the sympathy you could imagine, provided tracking number. His address is a post office box and the delivery confirmation said it made it to his post office.
Asked him to contact post office and let me know if the package was there. He never contacted me again. I would imagine post office person put package in the wrong box.
So he's probably right - never received the package. The PO Box next to him did. But I'm the bad guy.
