Shipped an item under $100 via fedex ground with no request for signature. Fedex states they delivered the package to the verified paypal addy I shipped it to, but left it on the front porch. Customer claims they did not receive it. Will fedex cover the loss with their automatic under $100 coverage? If not who eats this kind of loss?
