When I want to print a shipping label. the Post Office rates are way too much. I do not see the option of "choose another carrier" for UPS. I need to see that option again.  Why is everything getting worse?  I can't search for items based upon number of bids, the FAQ sez that after May, 2013 we can't print UPS labels anymore.  What is going on?

If you want to use UPS as your shipper, you need to select that option when you LIST your item.

You shouldn't list that you will be using USPS, and then decide to switch to UPS, unless of course, the buyer is OK with that.  Many buyers bid/purchase depening on the shipper used.

To print a UPS label, you can go to Paypal, or directly to UPS.COM .  Come May 2013, UPS labels will no longer be offered via Paypal.
