Oh ... please excuse the second post.

I see no purchases for you in the last 30 days.

If you purchased something, and if it was more than 45 days ago, you have lost eBay / PayPal Buyer Protection.

If it is less than 45 days ago, and if the listing disappeared,

Visit the PayPal Resolution Center  to file a Dispute with PayPal.  Do not forget to escalate the Dispute to a Claim when you can

Since the sale was over 45 days ago, you cannot file an Item Not Received with eBay.

However, did you use a CREDIT CARD for the purchase?  If so, you might be able to call your credit card company and ask about a charge back.

Next time, do not wait so long.  If you have not received your item 30 days after paying, contact the seller.  Then make sure you file an Item Not Received with eBay's Resolution Center before 45 days after payment.
