A buyer, new to eBay, purchased and paid for one item. Item was shipped. He then bid on and won a second auction. I would like to waive the second shipping charge. I've tried to change the invoice to reflect that with no luck. How can I change the shipping rate after item has sold?

erase the amount for shipping and enter zeros then preview and send
