i had a hold of the money for 24 hrs since it was a newbie from ebay with 0 feedback verifying if the funds were theyre within the 24 hrs i got an email it was ok to ship took off the hold had the money in my paypal shipped item with signature and delivery confirmation but once it got to the city and state it said insuffcient address . i tried msging the buyer and no luck . triedust seraching for the address and it doesnt exist . I dont know what to do and how to .....

Im plannning on just relisting item and issuing a refund? If it comes to it

need someone to guide me through on what to do please .

ive given the buyer time to reply a few days item has been paid for 10 days ago . on the 6th

The post office will return it to you in about 2 weeks.

You can open a case to cancel the transaction, but wait until you get the item back and refund the buyer.

Know these 4 things:
1) Buyer Protection - 45 days to file a claim
2) Auctions are binding contracts
3) Click on Customer Support to find all answers
4) Problems are resolved in the Resolution Center
